This wonderfully vibrant 1940's violet crepe silk dress, with burgundy toned buttons, is the perfect addition to your vintage wardrobe.
Her V shaped neckline is accented by scalloped edges which join the front central seam of the dress. Her shoulder line is set off by pleats that radiate along each yoke and shoulder pads along each shoulder seam, that set off the 3/4 length sleeves. Her bodice boasts pleats that join gathers to either side of the waistline, which draws with a matching fabric tie in a bow to the front of the dress. Her simple panelled skirt, completes this piece in an iconic 1940's silhouette.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
