The Return Policy
When purchasing Vintage pieces from Willow Hilson, please be reminded to shop wisely as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns. We are always happy to answer any enquiries about the item(s) via email or telephone.
Please ensure you check all the measurements given in the descriptions of the item(s)
All sales are considered final. If you are not feeling certain, or would like to request more information, please do contact email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be discussed for exchange/refund.
We only exchange or offer store credit in exchange for items, that are defective or damaged. This is handled on a case by case basis and the Buyer must contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
Your store credit will only be valid for 90 Days after date of issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a return has been agreed between the Buyer and Willow Hilson, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
The Item(s) must be returned with a reputable courier and fully trackable. The item(s) must arrive back to us in the same condition that it was dispatched in.
No international returns will be accepted.
