The wired and structured base of the hat, is covered with green coloured velvet, in a pointed crown design upon which the millinery flowers are wired on. The back of the hat, features a large central fuchsia pink velvet bow to match the one along the left hand side. The wire frame allows for the hat to be positioned securely above any do. We recommend the use of a hat pin or pins to secure this piece in place.
