This truly wonderful late 1950's turquoise blue satin based leotard, embellished with rows of hand-stitched sequins in shades of blue and silver, is the perfect statement piece to your cocktail wardrobe.
The halter neckline is accented by a cage design, with satin strands embellished with sequins joining the scalloped and V shaped top of the bodice. The fitted cut of the leotard is accented by internal boning along the front and back, drawing the eye to the cinched in waistline and figure hugging design. The central back zip fastening allows for this piece to be worn with ease, whilst the fuller cut knicker line, complete this leotard in an iconic late 1950's design. .

Closures: The leotard suit fastens with a 17 inch metal zip and two hook and eyes.
Condition: In near perfect vintage condition. Very light scattering of sequins loss and sone loss of lustre to the finish of some of the sequins. Internal age marks along the inside of the leotard. Light bending to the boning. These minor details are not apparent when the leotard is being worn.
