This truly spectacular late 1950's pink wool and mohair mix coat embellished throughout with scattered silver coloured claw set rhinestones, is the perfect addition to your seasonal wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the coat is framed by a pointed collar, which draws together with a concealed button and loop beneath the left hand side of the collar. The simple shoulder line, sets off the full length sleeves. The elegant A line silhouette of the coat boasts central matching wool covered buttons and delicate pockets lined with crepe silk along either side of the top of the hipline. Finished with a rayon satin blush pink lining, every detail of this piece showcases the craftsmanship and design of the era.

Closures: This coat fastens with 4 buttons along the centre front and a concealed button beneath the collar
Condition: This coat is in good but not perfect vintage condition. A small area of wear to the pile along the bottom left hand side of the coat to the hemline. The last button has a small pink darn where an area of wool had worn away. There is a small and very light age mark beneath the second button hole. An area of wear to the pile along the left hand side yoke just below where the collar folds down . An area of wear to the pile along the central part of the backline. Gentle areas of wear to the wool and mohair pile along the length of the back of the coat and some scattered areas of the front. A small age mark along the internal part of the lining. These minor details are not overly apparent when the coat is being worn and only more apparent under inspection . Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the condition report.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
