Rendered in the most iconic shade of sugar pink rayon satin, this mesmerising 1930's evening gown, accented by raised pleated details and a sweeping drape, is the perfect piece for your vintage collection.
The deep V shaped neckline is framed by raised heat pleated panels, is a stylised braided pattern along each yoke, from which pleats gather along the base of the panels and drape across the top of the bodice and bust-line. The simple shoulder line, sets off the elegant pleats along the top of each puffed sleeve. The elegant fitted silhouette of the bodice boasts a curved under-bust panel, which contours the bodice and waistline in detailed heat pleated braided panels. Finished with a bias cur skirt-line, which skims and drapes along the length of the silhouette, showcasing the iconic design and craftsmanship of the era.

Fastenings: This dress fastens along the side seam with 5 press studs
Condition: This dress is in good but not perfect vintage condition. There is a small pin sized blue pen mark along the front hipline area of the skirt. A blue pen mark along the internal side of the right hand side sleeve . A very faint and light pen line along the external side of the left hand sleeve. Two pin holes along the front left hand side of the V neckline . The back of the bodice and shoulder area shows signs of wear to the rayon satin with small pin sized holes. The rayon satin throughout the dress shows signs of gentle wear with surface scratches and very faint age marks. These minor details are not overly apparent when the dress is being worn and only apparent upon close inspection. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the product description.
