This wonderful 1950's linen dress in a wonderful shade of blue, embellished with trailing soutache in white cord, accented by claw set studs and claw set silver rhinestones, in a trailing floral design, is the perfect piece for that special occasion.
The rounded neckline is framed by a border of soutache embroidery and embellishments, The simple shoulder line sets off the short length sleeves, which are in turned edged with soutache embroidery and embellishments. The fitted bodice, sets off the cinched in waistline. The elegant skirt, is accented by double pleats that run from either side of the front of the waistline, drawing the eye to the iconic cut o, which is finished with a central back slit and a side pocket to the right hand side.

Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. A very light scattering of age marks to the front lower section of the bodice above the waistline. Two light age marks along the centre front of skirt line along the hip line. These are not overly apparent when the dress is being worn, and only noticeable upon close inspection.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
