This truly mesmerising 1970's pearlescent beaded Juliet cap, constructed on an 8 armed wire base, is a rare piece to behold. The wire base is mount in starched tulle upon which pearlescent beads have been affixed. The cap features an internally sewn plastic comb along the top of the crown to allow for the piece to be positioned within your up-do.
