This delightful 1950's sapphire blue cashmere cardigan, embellished with circular ivory satin appliqués, framed by silver claw set rhinestones in a scattered polkadot pattern, is just the piece for your seasonal wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the cardigan is edged with a slim ribbed border, which sets off the simple shoulder line. The full length inset sleeves are finished with wide ribbed cuffs, which can be worn turned up for a shorter sleeve design. The timeless cut of the cardigan is accented by the scattered satin and rhinestone appliqués along either side of the front panels, framing the pearlescent button fastenings. Finished with a wide ribbed hemline. This cardigan is not lined.

Condition: This cardigan is in good but not perfect vintage condition. A very small pin sized age mark along the bottom right hand side front of the cardigan just above the ribbed hemline. A faint age mark along the back right hand side of the cardigan above the ribbed hemline. These minor details are not overly apparent when the cardigan is being worn and only noticeable upon close inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
