Rendered in the most sumptuous shade of Sacramento green satin, with an ornate medallion brocade pattern, this original 1950's jacket is just the piece to add to your vintage collection.
The deep V shaped neckline is framed by a pointed shawl collar. The simple shoulder line, sets off the elegant dolman cut bracelet length sleeves. The tailored bodice is accented by tailored darts along the base of the bust-line, which join a statement seam beneath the bust. The jacket draws in along the centre front of the seam with a hook and loop, beneath a matching satin bow. The back of the jacket features a single central inverted pleat, completing this piece in a truly timeless 1950's silhouette.
This jacket is fully lined in silk chiffon.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure your favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed.
