Condition: The dress is in near perfect vintage condition. There has been an internal mend made along the left hand side of the bodice where there was originally a split to the silk, this has been mended with a matching silk organza patch and is well conceal by the rows of beadwork and sequins. Very gentle yellowing and discolouration along the armholes. Light loss of lustre to some of the sequins along the armholes. Very gentle sequin and embellishment loss which is to be expected of a piece this age. These minor details are not apparent when the dress is being worn and only noticeable upon closer inspection. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the condition report.
