The faille silk handle, is accented by a central bow detail along the top and joins the seam along the back of the bag. The envelope design, showcases a rounded top fold which joins the main body of the bag with a concealed press stud fastening. The rounded base of the bag, sets off the trapeze shape which boasts gathered pleats along the top seam, which radiate along the front of the bag. Finished with a simple reverse side, and lined in black satin with two small side pockets surrounding the central compartment.

Condition: In beautiful vintage condition with gentle wear to the pearlescent finish of the pearl beadwork. The gold toned metal beads show gentle signs of wear and light vers de gris in some areas. Gentle wear to the faille silk along the edges of the bow. Gentle tarnishing to the press stud fastening. These minor issues are in no way apparent when the bag is being used.
