This truly iconic 1970's Ossie Clark moss crepe dress in the darkest shade of black moss crepe, is the perfect piece to add to your collectable and classic vintage wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the dress is framed by a wide dog ear collar which draws in along the front of the neckline with matching moss crepe button and loop fastenings, which run along the centre front of the bodice. The simple shoulder line is set off by a panel along the front of the yokes and neckline. The full length bishop sleeves draw in along the wide fitted cuffs which boast three matching moss crepe button and loop fastenings. The elegant bodice is accented by pleats that radiate from the seam above the bust-line, that joint the waist panel. The fitted waistline can be drawn in with the matching moss crepe ties along the back of the dress, drawing the eye to the curved seams along the front of the waistline, joining the length of the skirt, completing this dress in a timeless and iconic Ossie Clark Silhouette.

Condition: In near perfect vintage condition, with some light lifting to some of the moss crepe threads. Light fraying to the edged of the hemlines along the waist ties. These minor details are not apparent when the dress is being worn, and only noticeable upon very close inspection.
