Rendered in the most sumptuous ombré satin, in a sunset palette of terracotta, coral and peach, which blend into soft pinks and into fuschia, this iconic 1960's ensemble, composed of a tunic and longline skirt, is the perfect set to add to your collection.
The elegant rounded neckline of the tunic, boasts a halter neckline which is decorated with a border of iridescent sequins along the front, framed to either side by threaded satin ribbons, which draw together along the nape above a keyhole feature. The back of the neckline draws in the backline of the dress and is decorated with matching iridescent sequins. The threaded neckline of the dress, allows for the satin to pleat and gather as it drapes along the length of the A line tunic which is finished in a central pointed cut along the front and the back. The back of the tunic features solid block colours in the satin, of deep burgundy and deep terracotta. The matching skirt, boasts a simple waistband, which is elasticated internally, and fastens along the back with a hook and a central zip. The elegant straight-line cut of the skirt, sits perfectly beneath the tunic, and is finished with a central split along the back of the hemline, completing this set in a timeless and iconic silhouette.

Condition: This set is in perfect vintage condition. It has some areas of visible stitching, this is apparent throughout, as someone has handmade this piece. Some very light and natural sequin loss along the neckline, which is in not apparent as they are concealed within the pleats. These minor details are not apparent when the ensemble is being worn and only apparent under closer inspection.
