This incredible tailored 1950's navy blue raw silk dress, with detailed pocket accents and matching silk covered buttons, is the perfect addition to your timeless wardrobe.
The rounded neckline is framed by a slim Peter Pan collar and a simple shoulder line. The elegant yokes are decorated with rounded collar features that join each shoulder line and are positioned above pockets along each side of the bust-line. The 3/4 lengths sleeves frame the fitted bodice which is accented by central matching silk covered button fastenings. The cinched in waistline, sets off the structured flared cut of the skirt, which is finished with a pocket along the right hand side, side seam and two final button fastenings.

Closures: This dress fastens along the front with 7 buttons, a hook and loop along the waist and a concealed button beneath the collar.
Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. A very small area of wear to the silk along the front left hand side panel of the skirt just below the hipline. This is not apparent when the dress Is being worn and only noticeable upon closer inspection. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the condition report.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
