This delightful 1950's black cashmere mix cardigan, embellished with a border of trailing floral embroidery along the hemline, in shades of peach, coral, blue, green and yellow, is just the piece for your seasonal wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the cardigan is edged with a slim ribbed border, which sets off the simple shoulder line. The full length inset sleeves are finished with wide ribbed cuffs. The timeless cut of the cardigan is accented by the central black satin covered buttons, which are framed along either side with trailing floral embroidery along the base of the bodice. Finished with a wide ribbed hemline. This cardigan is lined along the bodice in silk chiffon.

Condition: This cardigan is in near perfect vintage condition. The floral embroidery shows age marks along the embroidery throughout, this is only apparent under close inspection as it adds to the colour and depth of the embroidery. These minor details are not overly apparent when the cardigan is being worn and only noticeable upon close inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
