This beautiful 1950's velvet bandeau hat, rendered in the softest shade of muted ice blue, decorated with a cluster of blue rayon and velvet roses and buds surrounded by delicate green leaves, finished with a fine birdcage veil along the centre of the bandeau is the perfect finishing touch to your outfit.
The wire frame is covered with blue velvet and allows for the hat to be positioned securely above any do, we recommend the use of a hat pin for added security.
