This truly magnificent 1930's bakelite Demi parure set, comprised of a brooch and a matching bracelet is just the set to add to your vintage bakelite collection. The intricate frog brooch, which boasts a gold toned metal base, is elegantly carved with a circular pattern along its back, which sets off the carved details along its face, finished with gold toned metal studs along the eyes. The matching bracelet boasts a smaller bakelite frog feature, which in turn is threaded on a grey cream toned leather bracelet which fastens along the back with a matching bakelite button and loop feature.

Condition: The brooch is in wonderful vintage condition, with light and natural surfaces scratches to the bakelite, light tarnishing to the metal features along the base to the top and the back. The bracelet is in good but not perfect vintage condition, the double leather strap has some wear to it, it appears to have once been a difference colour and this has long faded . Gentle wear to the leather straps along either side of the frog pendant . Tarnishing to the metal features of the bracelet, along the backing of the frog pendant and to the metal accents along the threaded leather.
