The wired and structured base of the hat, is covered with baby blue velvet in a six point crown design. The base is mounted in layered leaves creating an incredible textured design, embellished with a silver rhinestones.
The wire frame allows for the hat to be positioned securely above any do. We recommend the use of a hat pin or pins to secure this piece in place.

Condition: In good but not perfect condition. There are a few very small age marks along the front left hand side of the hat, and a small mend to the velvet, where the glue has become slightly apparent. These imperfections are minor and blend into the lustre of the velvet. These are in no way apparent when the hat is being worn, and only noticeable upon close inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
