This sparkling 1930's sequin and tulle capelet is a rare piece to behold.
Her rounded neckline is drawn together along the décolletage with a bow fastening. Her rounded caplet cut, boasts a base of sparkling French grey sequins with an abstract floral pattern in primary shades of red, blue and green, sewn onto a soft tulle base.
