This truly mesmerising 1960's jacket, rendered in a cream and gold lurex brocade, which is embellished with sequins in shades of iridescent amber, pale blue, turquoise blue and clear sequins, accented by glass beaded accents in shades of pink, green and gold and finished with claw set rhinestones in a palette of lilac, clear iridescent, pale green and statement emerald green, is a rare piece to behold. 

The stand-away Mandarin style collar draws in along the front of the neckline with two hook and eyes. The simple shoulder line, draws the eye to the bracelet length, which frame the elegant box cut. The central concealed hook and eye fastenings draw the jacket together, whilst the iconic cut showcases the intricate beadwork rendered in a paisley design. This jacket is fully lined in cream silk satin

Condition: This jacket is in near perfect vintage condition, with light and natural thread lifting to the gold lurex brocade . Very minor beadwork loss and sequin loss. This is in no way apparent when the jacket is being worn. A small mend to the satin along the internal lining positioned along the internal right armpit. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
