Made in the softest shade of royal yellow raw silk and embellished with gold glass beads, silver claw set rhinestones and pearlescent beads, this original 1960's dress is the perfect statement piece to your vintage collection.
The high rounded neckline of the dress is constructed in a Mandarin design, with a soft turn down along the front. The Mandarin collar is fully embellished with looped gold glass beadwork, pearlescent beads and claw set rhinestones, setting off the wonderful trailing and looped beadwork along the base of the collar and neckline. The simple shoulder line of the dress, sets off the short length capped sleeves. The tailored design of the dress boasts Princess seams that run along either side of the front of the bodice and bust-line along the length of the dress, creating an iconic tailored A Line silhouette. This dress is fully lined in rayon.
