In the most vibrant shade of turquoise blue twill silk, with a pattern of fuchsias in bold shades of pink and green with white accents, this original 1950's dress is just the piece to welcome to your summer wardrobe.
The rounded neckline is framed by a simple turned down collar which sits above a decorative matching silk piped looping feature. The simple shoulder line, sets off the short capped sleeves. The fitted bodice is accented by tailored darts that run from each sleeve seam and bust-line to the waist. The cinched in waistline is accented by a matching twill silk waist panel. The elegant line of the skirts showcases small gathered pleats beneath the waistband, that drape into the length of the skirt, completing this dress in a timeless silhouette. Finished with pockets to either side of the front of the hipline.

Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure you favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed.WH
