The taffeta embroidered handle, loops around the wrist and joins the main body of the bag in a threaded detail along the top. The envelope design, features a statement central bow, which is embellished with a pattern of scattered flowers rendered in claw set rhinestone, pearlescent beads, and gold thread embroidery.The bag opens to a tan coloured taffeta lining, and feature a large central compartment, with two small side pockets along either side.

Condition: In beautiful vintage condition with gentle wear to the pearlescent finish of the pearl beadwork. A single pearl bead is missing from one of the beaded flowers along the left hand side of the bag. Gentle wear to the central loop of the bow, wear the edges of the taffeta loop have worn. Gentle wear to the gold leather piping along the edges of the bag . Light and gentle wear to all the corner of the bag, and to the edges of the handle, where one area of the taffeta has worn down. Gentle tarnishing to the undulating gold thread embroidery along the main body of the bag and handle. Gentle wear to the taffeta lining along the underside of the bow. Gentle wear and signs of use to the taffeta lining with a few minor pin sized age marks. These minor issues are in no way apparent when the bag is being used.
