Rendered in the most incredible shade of Eau De Nil blue, and accented by delicate mother of pearl buttons and stitch details, this original 1930's crepe silk blouse, is just the perfect piece to add to your vintage collection.
The rounded neckline is framed by a slim raised collar panel, which curves along the central part of the neckline and is embellished with a double tiered bow. The simple shoulder line, is accented by triple tailored darts along each yoke. The full length inset sleeves draw in along the cuff with concealed press stud fastenings. The elegant cut of the blouse is accented by a decorated centre panel, which features central mock button fastenings framed by cut away stitched appliqués and raised pleat panels. The blouson cut, is accented by a drawn in waistline with a matching silk fabric belt, completing this piece in a timeless and iconic 1930's silhouette.

Closures: 5 concealed press studs along the left hand side seam, a matching silk waist tie and 4 button and loops along the nape.
Condition: This blouse is in near perfect vintage condition. There is a slight colour variation to the crepe silk along the shoulders, yokes and sleeves, where the crepe silk appears a very muted shade of pink. This a natural process for crepe silk and is not overly apparent when the blouse is being worn. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
