This elegant 1970's cream silk satin and crochet dress, rendered in an iconic design, is just the piece to add to your classical vintage wardrobe.
The V shaped neckline, is framed by a cream silk turned down pointed collar, which draws in centrally. The simple shoulder line, sets off the full length inset crochet sleeves, which are edged with silk turned up cuffs. The fitted crochet bodice, boasts a light coloured nylon lining. The bodice is accented by a central silk panel, upon which the matching silk covered button fastenings are positioned. The cinched in waistline, is set off by a matching silk and leather belt, which draws the waistline in, whilst accenting the gathered pleats that drape from the waist seam. The timeless silhouette of the dress is accented by the structure of the satin along the skirt line and the internal organza lining, completing this gown in a truly iconic 1970's design.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure your favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed.
