Rendered in the most incredible cream satin, and finished with delicate silver rhinestone button fastenings, this magnificent 1930's bias cut gown is a true piece of fashion history.
The rounded neckline is framed by a soft double tiered Peter Pan collar, beneath which gathered smocking stitches can be found along the centre front, from which soft pleats drape along the front of the bust-line and bodice. The simple shoulder line, sets off the full length inset sleeves, which are accented by wide dolman cuts, and triple dart seams along each elbow area, finished with 4 press stud fastenings along each fitted cuff. The elegant bodice is accented by draped pleats, which joins the rounded waist seam. The bias cut off the skirt line, drapes along the silhouette, and finishes in a full circle cut hemline. The back of the dress, boasts central button and loop fastenings, which are accented by silver rhinestone buttons, completing this gown in a timeless and iconic silhouette.
