The V shaped neckline boasts a cross over cut, which joins the front left hand side of the waistline, in a wide pleated design which radiates upwards along the base of the bodice to the bust-line. The left hand side panel of the dress boasts matching pleats, creating a detailed pleated and fitted bodice. The mid length sleeves, frame the bodice, whilst drawing the eye to the fitted waistline. The elegant line of the skirt, is accented by detailed pleats, which radiate from the base of the left hand side of the waistline along the front of the hipline, creating an eye-catching feature which sets off the hourglass silhouette of the dress. This dress is unlined.

Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. A small pin sized age mark along the last pleat to the front right hand side of the bodice, this is within the pleats fold. A small pin sized age mark along the front right hand side yoke. An age mark along the left hand side of the skirt at knee height, this is position just next to the side seam. A small pin sized age mark along the front right hand side of the skirt, positioned 4.2 inches above the hemline. A small pin sized age mark along the left hand side front of the skirt 6 inches above the hemline. A small age mark along the front right hand side of the skirt along the last pleat, this is well concealed within the pleat fold. A small age mark along the back right hand side sleeve. These minor blemishes are not apparent when the dress is being worn and only noticeable upon close inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
