This mesmerising 1950's cream cashmere cardigan, with detailed raised and embroidered cream silk mushroom appliqués, and cream satin accents, is just the piece for your seasonal wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the cardigan is edged by cream satin borders, that join either side of the front of the cardigan and hemline. The simple shoulder line, sets off the 3/4 length sleeves, with are accented by small embroidered mushroom appliqués along each external cuff and satin edges. The simple cut of the cardigan is set off by scattered embroidered mushroom appliqués and central button and loop fastenings. Finished with detailed side vents which can be drawn together with hook and eyes, and fully lined in silk.

Condition: This cardigan is near perfect vintage condition. A few very small scattered age marks along the satin around the neckline. Light and gentle wear to the silk lining along the internal nape of the cardigan, with a small age marks along the centre back of the neckline internally . Very light and gentle wear to the silk lining. This is not apparent when the cardigan is being worn.
