Rendered in the most vibrant shade of coral pink silk chiffon and lined in matching rayon, this original 1950's silk dress, is the perfect piece to welcome the warmer weather with.
The soft rounded neckline, is framed by thin shoulder straps and a sleeveless cut. The elegant fitted bodice, is accented by softly gathered pleats along either side of the front of the décolletage, which radiate along the bust-line. The fitted waistline, is set off by a pleated silk chiffon waistband, which draws to eye to the gathered pleats along the waistline, which drape along the length of the skirt, completing this dress is a soft silk chiffon silhouette.

Closures: This dress fastens at the back with a 12 inch metal zip and a hook and eye, followed by a hook and loop along the waistline.
Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition. A very small pin hole along the silk chiffon to the very top of the neckline. A small pin hole to the silk chiffon along the skirt line, at midway hight to the centre front. These minor details are in no way apparent when the dress is being worn, and only noticeable upon closer inspection. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the condition report.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
