This truly mesmerising 1920's heavy linen coat, with a pattern of blooming florals in shades of pink, yellow, lilac, blue and fuchsia accented by trailing green foliage accents, sets against a neutral sand coloured linen, is a rare piece to behold.
The wide V shaped neckline is framed by pointed lapels, which set off the cross over cut. The elegant shoulder line, boasts dropped shoulder seams, which accent the wide cut of the base of sleeves in a kimono style design, which tapers along the length creating elegant pleats along the base of the sleeves and either side of the bodice. The wise A line cut of the coat, fastens along the left hand side with two button fastenings, framed to either side by statement pockets below the waistline. Finished with a large central vent along the back, which creates elegant movement when the coat is worn, and decorated with two pink buttons along the backline.

Condition: This coat is in near perfect condition. Very gentle colour variation to the sand coloured linen base, some areas appear lighter in colour than others. A few very gentle age marks scattered around the coat but these are well concealed within the colour of the linen and blooming floral pattern. Very gentle thinning to the edges of the back internal vent. These minor issues are only noticeable under very close inspection and do not appear visible when the coat is worn.
