The most intricate pair of 1940's wooden wedges you could ever hope to set your eyes upon.
The delicate shoe encloses the front of the foot with a peep toe, set off by a tan coloured felt band, embroidered with yellow and rust red flowers. The band features key holes along either side. The wooden wedge, is accented by intricate carvings along the heel, which are in turn painted in bold colours, accenting the tree, bridge and Pagoda designs. Showcasing the craftsmanship and design of the Era, these 1940's carved wooden wedges are part of the iconic tourism fashion of the time.
