This wonderful 1950's longline hand knitted cardigan, rendered in the deepest shade of carmine red, is the perfect piece to keep away the chill this season.
The elegant rounded neckline is framed by a turned down collar which turns into a wonderful matching scarf, which can be worn fastened to the front or side of the neckline. The scarf is edged with wool fringing along each of its extremities. The simple shoulder line, sets off the full length sleeves, which are finished with raised ribbed cuffs. The longline silhouette of the cardigan is accented by central matching wool covered buttons, completing this piece in a timeless and iconic silhouette.
