This truly enchanting 1930's silk chiffon blouse, rendered in a wonderful blue sky and cloud pattern, is the perfect piece to add to your seasonal vintage wardrobe.
The elegant high rounded neckline is framed by a turned down pleated collar, which draws together along the nape with a hook and eye, above a keyhole feature. The simple shoulder line, sets off the sleeveless cut and draws the eye to the straight cut silhouette of the blouse. Accented by tailored darts along either side of the bust line, and a lowered rounded hemline along the back, every simplistic detail of this piece showcases the incredible design and craftsmanship of the era.
This blouse is constructed in silk chiffon which has an element of sheerness to it.

Condition: This blouse is in near perfect vintage condition. There is a very small and minor hole long the back left hand side of the shoulder blade area. This minor imperfection is not apparent when the blouse is being worn and only noticeable upon close inspection. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the condition report.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
