The fitted bodice is accented by a cross-over design, that boasts radiating pleats from along the right hand side bust-line, that join the left hand side of the waist, where the pleated front sash drapes along the side of the skirt, accenting the cross over cut of the dress. The cinched in waist-line is accented by a matching fabric belt that joins the back panel of the dress, creating in-turn another cross over design. The elegant line of the skirt is set off by box pleats to either side of the front of the waistline and along the back, completing this dress In an iconic 1950's silhouette.
