A rare piece to behold and never again find. This 1940's sage green wool skirt suit, in a classic silhouette, is perfect for work or play.
Her deep V shaped neckline is framed by wide shoulders, with shoulder pads sewn along each shoulder seam.
Her full length sleeves, frame the longline cut of the jacket, and set off the point seams that run from the shoulder seam to the waistline, accenting the cinched in waist, which is drawn in by matching fabric ties. Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure you favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed. All our measurements are taken whilst the garment is lying flat, we then double these measurements to reflect the actual size.
