"Moscow" Vintage 1940's Silk Novelty Print Moscow Dress UK 16

This beautiful 1940's novelty print dress with a brightly coloured pattern of Moscow, with Cossack Dancers and Saint Basil's Cathedral in the background, in shades of purple, yellow, grey, and pink, is the perfect addition to your vintage wardrobe.

Her V shaped neckline is framed by rounded scalloped edges, and small shoulder pads along each shoulder seam. Her full length sleeves boast scalloping along each cuff, to match the neckline.
Her cross over bodice, is accented by curved panels along each yoke, that set off small gathered pleats along the bust. Her cinched in waistline is drawn in by a matching fabric tie, that fastens along the back of the dress in a bow.
Her elegant and simple skirt finishes this wonderful dress in an iconic 1940's silhouette.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.

Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure you favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed. All our measurements are taken whilst the garment is lying flat, we then double these measurements to reflect the actual size.
