Her floating capelet cut, conceals the shoulders and top of the arms, and sets off the simple cut of the bodice. Condition: This dress is in good/ loved vintage condition. The Capelet has been previously mended with some added seam work to conceal areas of wear to the silk/ holes, this is only apparent as the capelet does sit a little differently to one shoulder, and the added seams are randomly placed. Structurally sound in the main body of dress with no areas of wear to silk chiffon, 1 very small age mark to the skirt, and 2 very small holes hidden within the drape of the skirt. This piece is incredibly beautiful, and the minor repairs to the capelet do not detract from the overall beauty and quality of this piece. This dress has been priced accordingly.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.

Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure you favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed. All our measurements are taken whilst the garment is lying flat, we then double these measurements to reflect the actual size.
