This sumptuous 1950's black velvet dress accented by delicate pleats, is just the piece for your cocktail wardrobe.
The straight cut bateau neckline of the dress is frame by wide shoulder straps and a sleeveless cut. The fitted bodice is accented by soft gathered pleats along the centre that gather beneath a velvet band along the centre front of the cinched in waistline. The elegant line of the skirt is accented by the central gathered pleats that radiate front beneath the waist-design detail, completing this piece in an iconic and flattering 1950's silhouette. This dress is lined along the armpits with black rayon.
