The square shaped neckline is framed by soft scalloping along the décolletage. The elegant shoulder line is accented by internally sewn shoulder pads. The 3/4 length sleeves, frame the bodice, which boasts triple pleats along the base of the bust-line that radiate in soft pleats across the top of the bodice. The fitted waistline is accented by a matching crushed velvet belt which draws together along the back of the dress. The draped velvet skirt, completes this dress in an iconic 1940's silhouette.
