This timeless 1940's wool jacket, rendered in a soft brown speckled wool with white, orange, green and taupe accents, is just the piece for your seasonal wardrobe.
The V shaped neckline is framed by a decorative pleated collar that joins either side of the front of the neckline in elegant tab details. The simple shoulder line is accented by internally sewn shoulder pads, that set off the full length sleeves edged with turned up cuffs. The tailored cut of the jacket is set off by darts along the waistline, that frame the burgundy coloured buttons which are in turn decorated with small in-laid silver rhinestones. The fitted waistline completes this jacket in an iconic silhouette, finished with small side pockets to each side. This jacket is fully lined in rayon.

Vintage garments have been previously worn and lovingly cared for, they may however have a blemish or two. Here at Willow Hilson, we try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so.
Please make sure you check all the measurements of the garment before purchasing. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you measure you favourite similar style garment and compare it to the measurements we have listed.
