This truly spectacular 1960's silver beaded and sequinned dress on a white base background, is the perfect piece to shimmy in. Built a white rayon base, with a silver tulle overlay, which is then embellished with trailing silver sequins and loops of silver glass beads, creating a stylised fringing detail.
The rounded bateau neckline is framed by shoulder straps and a sleeveless cut. The wonderful blouson cut of the bodice drapes just above the cinched in waistline, which is accented by a border line of silver sequins. The straight-line cut of the skirt, completes this dress is an iconic silhouette, finished with a beaded loops along hemline for added movement. This dress is fully lined in ivory rayon

Condition: The dress is in near perfect vintage condition. Very light age marks along the internal lining of the bodice. Very light light colour variation beneath the arm holes. A small age mark along the bodice ( this is well concealed beneath the beadwork and sequins. Natural and light bead and sequin loss. These are well concealed within the embellishments and only apparent under closer inspection.
