A timeless classic, rendered in the softest of silks, in an eye-catching check print in shades of tan, cream and blue, this original 1950's pleated dress is just the piece for your iconic wardrobe. 

The square shape of the neckline is framed by wide shoulder straps and a sleeveless cut. The fitted bodice, is accented by a rounded seam detail along the left hand side, from which gathered pleats radiate across the bodice and beneath the bust-line. The cinched in waistline, sets off the cross over cut of the skirt, with gathered pleats radiating from the waistband along the left hand side, mirroring those found along the bodice. The pleated detail overlay of the skirt, sits above a simple base layer skirt, completing this piece in an iconic shift silhouette. This dress is fully lined in rayon.
