A breathtaking gown rendered in the most vibrant shade of Sicilian yellow, this 1960's gown, embellished with beadwork and satin appliqués is a rare piece to behold.
The high mandarin styled collar is accented by cream satin and decorated to either side with white and silver rocaille beads. Her simple shoulder line sets off the full length bishop sleeves that bunch and gather in a fitted cuff with satin button and loop fastenings along the internal sides of the wrists. The sheer tulle sleeves are decorated with trailing beadwork and satin appliqués. Her fitted bodice is accented by matching trailing beadwork and appliqués, setting off the cinched in waistline, which is accentuated by a cream satin waist belt. Her elegant skirt line completes this piece, while showcasing the wonderful beadwork and satin edged hemline. The hemline is internally lined in plastic organza to add structure to the flow and line of the dress. The dress is fully lined in moss crepe.
