This eye-catching 1970's red cotton cord jacket, accented by gathered pleats and a fitted cut, is just the piece to layer with.
The rounded neckline of the jacket is framed by a stand up collar, which is accented by gathered pleats along the base of the neckline, creating a frilled detail. The simple shoulder line, set offs the full length sleeves, which are set in with gathered pleats along the top of each joining sleeve seam. The tailored cut of the bodice, is accented by Princess seams that run from each shoulder line to the hemline. The central matching cord covered buttons, draw the eye to the fitted waistline, and pleated frill detail along the hemline, which is piping along the waistband with internal elastic.
