This spectacular 1950's floral rose print dress, rendered in the most sumptuous cotton organza and layered above a rayon and tulle lining, is the perfect addition to your vintage wardrobe.
The rounded scoop neckline of the dress is framed by shoulder straps that gather in pleats beneath decorative matching organza bows. The elegant piped edge of the neckline gathers the organza in soft pleats that radiate along the bust-line. The fitted bodice, sets off the cinched in waistline and draws the eye to the lowered skirt-line, which is accented by pointed seam details. The design of the skirt is set off by contrasting lowered pointed seams and raised rounded seams from which small pleated gathers radiate, creating a voluminous skirt line, which is accented by a layer of tulle lining, completing this dress in an iconic 1950's silhouette.
This dress is lined in pale pink rayon and a layer of tulle.
