This enchanting 1950's cotton dress, rendered in a palette of oranges and reds in a floral pattern and pinstriped design, with a detailed woven design along the central part of the bodice, is the perfect piece for your every day wardrobe.
The square neckline of the dress is framed by a simple shoulder line and short length sleeves. The fitted bodice is adorned with a central stylised weave in matching panels of floral cotton, running along the bodice to the waistline. The cinched in waistline, draws the eye to the elegant line of the skirt, which is accented by box pleats that radiate from the waistline and three tiered ribbon edges that adorn the front of the skirt beneath the waist. The skirt is lined in a single layer of tulle to add an element of volume to the skirt. This dress has been photographed with a medium petticoat for added volume.
