This timeless and iconic 1950's dress, rendered in layers of ivory coloured nylon and accented by strands of pink sequins edged by a border of gold thread, is the perfect piece for any special occasion.
The elegant neckline of the dress boasts a single wide pleated shoulder strap, framed to either side by pink sequin embellishments. The shoulder strap drapes along the décolletage and joins the seam beneath the fitted bust-line of the dress. The fitted bodice is accented by draped and gathered pleats, mimicking those along along shoulder line. The cinched in waistline, sets off the full circle cut of the skirt, which boasts gathered pleats that radiate from the waistline and drape into the length of the skirt. This dress is lined in ivory acrylic.
