This wonderfully bright 1940's gabardine jacket in a vibrant shade of Persian red, is just the piece to add to your seasonal everyday wardrobe.
The rounded neckline is framed by a pointed collar and central matching covered button fastening. The simple shoulder line is set off by tailored darts along each yoke and small internally sewn shoulder pads. The full length wide cut sleeves are edged with turned up cuffs, which can be worn rolled down. The elegant A line cut of the jacket is accented by two front pockets. This jacket is fully lined in rayon satin.

Condition: This jacket is in good condition. There are a few age marks along the right hand side turned up cuff and a few along the left hand side cuff. Light colour variation to the orange rayon satin lining. These minor detail are not overly apparent when the jacket is being worn and only noticeable upon close inspection.
