This wonderful 1940's satin bed jacket, in the softest shade of peppermint green with sage green pipping, is just the piece for your lingerie wardrobe.
The V shaped neckline of the jacket is framed by green braiding that joins either side of the front of the jacket and hemline. The simple shoulder line, sets off the mid length sleeves, which are edged with matching green braiding. The simple straight cut and cropped length of the jacket, sets off the cross-hatched quilted design, framed by scalloped petal shapes along the cuffs and edges. Finished with two button and loop fastenings, and lined in cream quilted rayon.
